- Choose socks made of breathable materials, like cotton or wool.
- If your feet get particularly sweaty throughout the day, bring an extra pair or two of socks and change them as needed.
- Spend some time barefoot while at home to air out your feet.
- Find shoes made of a breathable material.
- Ensure your shoes air out properly in between each wear. You can do this by having a few pairs of everyday shoes and alternating them each week.
- Make sure you thoroughly wash your socks and towels in hot water frequently.
